Return & Refund Policy

At Dynamic Clothing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a transparent return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

*Note: Innerwear, accessories, and clearance items are non-returnable.

2. How to Return

Email us at support@dynamicclothing.online with your Order ID and reason. Once approved, we will share pickup or courier instructions. Please pack items securely.

3. Refund Details

Prepaid: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit. We offer Free Delivery on all orders, but return shipping for change of mind is borne by the customer.

4. Damaged/Defective

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with images/video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
