Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. For prepaid orders, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return or exchange after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Shipping & Delivery

4. Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect addresses, or payment failure. In such cases, a full refund is issued immediately.

Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund applicable as payment is collected only upon delivery.
